Arif M. Syed, MD, FRCPC
Psychiatrist
Arif Syed is a psychiatrist licensed to practice in the province of Ontario since 2003. He has completed my residency at the University of Western Ontario and started working at the University of Waterloo Health Services in August 2003. He has been working as a consultant psychiatrist at various clinics in Mississauga since 2008. He is registered with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He has been performing independent medical examinations for over 15 years. He is also trained in CAT from Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment.
He is also involved in research treating a wide variety of diverse clientele in an outpatient setting. Dr. Syed is a fellow of the Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as well as licensed from the Medical Council of Canada. He has been on the specialist Register for Psychiatry in Ontario since 2003. His curriculum vitae is available upon request.
