Marta Grzelak earned her Bachelor of Arts, with Honours, in Psychology from York University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Psychology degree from Adler Graduate Professional School. Through her master’s studies, Marta trained in a trauma - informed approach and will receive a Trauma Psychotherapy certification alongside her master’s degree.

Marta’s knowledge of trauma-informed therapy coincides with other modalities that she often references in therapeutic sessions. Some examples include CBT, EFT, and mindfulness techniques with a focus on spirituality and humanistic psychology.

Marta values the importance of empathy, prioritizing a strong therapeutic alliance alongside a safe environment, and the ability to support clients in embodying their ideal selves. She is also conversational in Polish and can conduct sessions in Polish if needed.
